Back in 2019, we had the opportunity to support the installation and commissioning of a 360-ton high-speed stamping press line for one of Egypt’s largest industrial groups — Elaraby.

• Coil feeding system
• Uncoiler
• Production line integration
• On-site commissioning
• Operator training
But the biggest lesson wasn’t about machinery.
It was about trust.
When industrial customers invest hundreds of thousands of dollars in equipment, they are not only buying a machine.
They are buying confidence in the people standing behind it.
Being on-site, solving problems together, and supporting the customer through commissioning created a partnership that went far beyond the purchase order.
Looking back, this project reinforced a belief that still guides our business today:
In the Middle East, long-term relationships are often more important than the initial transaction.
This experience continues to shape how we connect Taiwan’s industrial ecosystem with manufacturers across the MENA region.
